The lead sheet, replaced by something that can be trusted.
Meta Lead Ads enquiries land here automatically. Agents claim them, call, and move them through one agreed pipeline — with ownership enforced by the database and every action kept as history that cannot be rewritten.
One pipeline, and the only moves allowed between its stages
Plus the ways a lead can end early — not interested, wrong number, invalid, do not contact, lost — each of which needs a reason on the record before it will save.
What it actually does
Two agents never work the same lead
Claiming is a single guarded write in PostgreSQL. When five people click at once, five different leads come back — the database decides, not the interface.
Nothing is ever quietly rewritten
Every call, note, status change and handover is appended and never edited. A correction is a new entry, so the record of what happened stays the record of what happened.
Meta leads arrive on their own
Lead Ads submissions land through a signed webhook, with the original payload kept verbatim so a lead can always be rebuilt.
Your sheet comes across intact
Map your own column names and status wording, see a dry run of exactly what will happen, and only then commit. Re-uploading a corrected file is safe.
Follow-ups that mean today
Times are stored in UTC and reasoned about in Asia/Kolkata, so “due today” means today here — not wherever the server happens to be.
Find anyone, however it was typed
Search a phone number in any format, part of a name, an email, or the last few digits off a call log.
Who can do what
Permissions are checked on the server for every action. Hiding a button is never what stops something happening.
Agents
Claim from the queue, call, log what happened, and schedule the next touch. They can see any lead but only change their own.
Managers
Everything an agent can do on any lead, plus reassignment, imports, exports and team-wide figures.
Administrators
All of the above, plus user accounts and the Meta pages and forms leads arrive from.
